I’ve been reading a lot about healthier carb alternatives, and I got super interested in chia seeds and quinoa. I made quinoa for the first time today, and the pack suggested mixing them with cranberries, so why not!
Today I have the quinoa and cranberries, and a smaller mix of yesterdays salad with tomatoes and cucumbers again. Top it off with a lovely cup o’ hot jasmine green tea, great for a rainy day like today!
